Officers from South Wales Police are trying to find Fraser Pellow, aged 23, who was last seen at around 2pm on March 10.
Fraser, from Barry, was wearing a black Nike tracksuit with socks and sliders when he was last seen.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen him, or who has information about his whereabouts, to get in touch.
A spokesperson said officers are appealing to the public for assistance in locating him.
