Louise Moore, 51, was last seen at around 10am on Saturday, March 21 on Heol Carnau in the Caerau area of the city.
She is described as being 5ft 6in tall with long dark hair. At the time she was last seen, she was wearing a white T-shirt with the words “Nope Not Today” and a long brown dress.
Police believe she may be travelling in a white Ford Esport with the registration AG51 LAM, and she could be in the Barry area.
Anyone who has seen Louise or has information about her whereabouts is being urged to come forward.
