There is queuing traffic on the M48 Severn Bridge as the road remains closed as emergency services are at the scene.
Traffic monitoring site Inrix has reported congestion on the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge as traffic is diverted.
It says: “M48 Severn Bridge in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to police incident from junction 2 A466 Wye Valley Link Road (Chepstow) to junction 1 A403 (Aust). Congestion to the M4 Prince of Wales Bridge westbound as traffic diverts.”
