A fourth-year psychology student with aspirations to become a sports psychologist, Miss Warren has a particular interest in supporting athletes through the psychological challenges that can follow injury and recovery after experiencing her own injuries and chronic pain.

She understands first hand how recovery can affect confidence, identity and motivation.

Miss Warren advocates for greater awareness of mental health issues following injury, believing that “healing is both physical and psychological and that emotional support should be treated as equally important as physical rehabilitation.”

She hopes to use her own experiences and background in psychology to highlight the challenges faces by those in recovery and promote holistic strategies that build resilience, wellbeing, self-belief and mental strength.

Through personal experience of a family member navigating the education system as a neurodivergent young person, Miss Warren is also passionate about improving training, understanding and awareness within schools to better support neuro-diverse learners.

As Miss Wales, Miss Warren would aim to promote positive mental health, body confidence and resilience, and to represent Wales with integrity, commitment and pride.

This year’s final will take place in April and includes a three-day programme featuring an empowerment day, a charity ball, and a catwalk event in front of a live audience and judges.

Events will be held at Holland House Hotel in Cardiff and The Riverfront in Newport.

The winner of Miss Wales 2026 will go on to represent Wales at Miss World.
