A motorcyclist has suffered life-changing injuries after crashing into a wall, police have said. Emergency services were called to a serious collision in Maesteg, Bridgend county, on Monday afternoon. An air ambulance was also sent to the scene.
A spokesman for South Wales Police said the crash involved a motorcycle crashing into a wall on High Street, Maesteg. The rider was taken to hospital and suffered injuries described as life-changing, a statement from the force added.

A police statement read: “Police were called just after 4pm yesterday to a collision on Maesteg High Street involving a motorcycle crashing into a wall. The rider was taken to hospital after sustaining life changing injuries. Enquiries are still ongoing.”
