Amy Plumb, 23, of Baron Road, Penarth pleaded guilty to committing the offence on October 12, 2022 in Cardiff.
She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £40 surcharge and £16 costs.
Cardiff Magistrates’ Court heard that she will pay it off at the rate of £20 per month.
