The popular dress has earned a four-and-a-half star rating from shoppers and proved so in demand that it’s currently sold out online
Asda shoppers have fallen in love with a dress that retails for £8. The supermarket’s own-brand label George continues to offer a selection of budget-friendly clothing, as well as homeware and décor.
One dress in particular is generating plenty of buzz online, with customers leaving a number of positive reviews. The Leopard Print Strappy Mini Dress has a crew neck, soft jersey fabric and adjustable straps, while it’s also sleeveless and goes down to the knees.
It is usually available both in store and online in sizes 8 to 24, but it has proved so in demand it is currently out of stock. If you manage to get your hands on one, however, it’s machine washable but should not be dry cleaned or placed in a tumble drier.
On the George website, it has an impressive four-and-a-half star rating. One happy customer wrote: “Lovely little dress, not flimsy but its more a grey colour. In love. Really lovely and well worth the price.”
Another added: “Cool dress, easy to wear. Looks really nice and stylish,” while a third remarked: “Great price and nice comfy dress, I ordered various colours in this dress, however not 100% sure with the colour on me with this one, prefer the others so will be returning, spot on for the quality and money though.”
Positivity doesn’t end there, but it’s not perfect, admitted a fourth: “It’s fairly good quality for the price. Comfortable and not clingy for a size 14. If you’re taller than 5”10 I’d give it a miss as it will be too short.”
