Homes and vehicles in Barry targeted in spate of thefts

South Wales Police have urged residents to stay alert, secure their homes and vehicles, and keep valuables out of sight.

An officer said:

“We are investigating a number of burglaries and attempted burglaries that have taken place in Barry recently, where the perpetrators have entered unlocked homes via open windows, stolen from a shed, and attempted to open front doors and car doors.”
