The refreshed rating was published on August 3.
The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, run by the Food Standards Agency in partnership with local authorities, scores businesses from zero to five based on hygiene standards at the time of inspection.

A five-star rating means standards are “very good”.
The business was rated “very good” for food hygiene and safety, and “very good” for structural compliance.
“Good” confidence in management was also reported.
The rating reflects how hygienically food is handled, the condition of the premises, and the systems and checks in place to ensure food safety.
