Costa launches autumn Maple Hazel menu with two new plushies

The new Grillbert and Hazel plushies are among a limited-edition range launching in Costa stores nationwide from Thursday, August 27, alongside new drinks, toasties and sweet treats.

There are also two reusable brown cups, available in 13oz and 16oz, plus a new Maple Hazel keyring for fans of Costa’s signature autumn flavour.

The two plush characters are likely to be the stars of the new merchandise collection.

Grillbert and Hazel join Costa’s autumn line-up as cute collectibles inspired by the seasonal launch.

The collection also includes:

• Grillbert plushie
• Hazel plushie
• Maple Hazel keyring
• Reusable brown cup – 13oz
• Reusable brown cup – 16oz

Maple Hazel gets a new twist

The autumn menu sees the return of Costa’s much-loved Maple Hazel flavour, combining roasted hazelnut and sweet maple notes.

New for 2026 is the Maple Hazel Iced Matcha Latte, made with pure matcha green tea, roasted hazelnut flavour syrup, maple sauce and chilled milk, served over ice.

Returning drinks include:

• Maple Hazel Latte
• Maple Hazel Iced Latte
• Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate
• Maple Hazel Frappe

The Maple Hazel Latte, Iced Latte and Hot Chocolate will also be available from Costa Express machines nationwide.

For those who want to recreate the flavour at home, Barista Creations Maple Hazel Latte Sachets will be available in selected supermarkets.

Two new toasties are also landing

Costa is adding two new savoury options to its autumn menu.

The Philly Cheesesteak Toastie features pulled beef brisket, roasted peppers, mature Cheddar and Regato cheese in a Tuscan-style flatbread.

The Four Cheese Toastie combines Red Leicester, mozzarella, mature Cheddar and Emmental, with American-style mustard and cheese-topped white bread.

More autumn treats are coming back

Sweet-toothed Costa fans will also see several returning favourites, including the Dubai Style Pistachio Tiffin and Chocolate & Salted Caramel Cake.
