AA Traffic news has reported delays of up to 27 minutes in the area due to the crash that spans miles of the M4.
It states: “Severe delays of 27 minutes and delays increasing on M4 Prince of Wales Bridge eastbound between junction 23 M48 and junction 22 M49. Average speed five mph.”
