A deputy headteacher bullied and intimidated her colleagues at a Welsh primary school, a misconduct panel has heard. Indira Yagambrun, who no longer works at Romilly Primary School in Barry, is facing 13 allegations of misconduct during her time at the school. The allegations are dated between 2018 and 2022.
An Education Workforce Council (EWC) fitness to practice panel heard that Ms Yagambrun lied to colleagues, telling one they were under investigation when they were not, did not attend gate duties, was dismissive, told staff they “were not good enough”, and made a new member of staff feel intimidated by interrupting her lesson multiple times.
