Tomos Jones, of Cornerswell Road, Penarth, was fined £220 by Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court for using an untaxed vehicle.
He was also ordered to pay £107.50 in back duty and £85 in costs.
Nicola Kerslake, 50, of Coed Ffynnon, Dinas Powys, was fined £65 for speeding in a 30mph limit.
At Swansea Magistrates’ Court, she was ordered to pay £120 in costs and a £26 victim surcharge. Her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.
Christopher Elliott, 45, of Cardigan Close, Dinas Powys, was fined £131 for speeding in a 30mph limit.
He pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay £120 in costs and a £52 surcharge, and had three penalty points added to his licence at Swansea Magistrates’ Court.
David Hartrey, 43, of St Dyfrig Close, Dinas Powys, was fined £220 for keeping a motor vehicle that did not meet insurance requirements.
At Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court, he was ordered to pay £100 in costs and an £88 victim surcharge.
