Police have confirmed roads have now reopened. A spokesperson from South Wales Police said: “One lane has now re-opened from Pyle junction of Stormy Down to the junction of A4106.
“Both lanes are now re-opened from the roundabout with the junction of A4106 to the Pyle roundabout.”
