The A499 on the Llyn Peninsula was closed for several hours after the incident
A serious crash took place on a Gwynedd road on Saturday night. Wales Air Ambulance attended the incident which took place on the A499 near Y Ffor. Police were also in attendance with officers closing the road and helping manage the scene.
A Wales Air Ambulance was sent from Cardiff to the incident.
It took off at around 10.30pm and arrived on the scene at 11.31pm. It then departed the scene at around 1.15am on Sunday.

The road remained shut overnight as crash investigations continued, NorthWalesLive reports.
Drivers reported it reopening at around 9am on Sunday.
