Mr Clarke will visit the home of Rebecca Helmore on Barry Island as part of The Great Green Challenge, a new campaign by ScottishPower aimed at inspiring more people to adopt sustainable living.
The road trip will visit homes across the UK, showcasing families who have embraced green technology.
George Clarke said: “It’s exciting to be able to meet incredible ScottishPower customers from all walks of life, each with different stories and lifestyles and having the opportunity to sit down with them in their own homes and to talk about how embracing low carbon tech has made a difference to their homes, bills and futures.
“What will be most inspiring is seeing first-hand how ordinary families are making changes that not only benefit the environment but also their home life.
“These stories will show that greener living is not something for the future, it’s happening right now in communities across the UK.”

Ms Helmore, a busy mum, will share her experience of running an energy-efficient home while raising a family.
The campaign begins in Edinburgh and includes stops in Bolton and Hereford before arriving in Barry.
It aims to raise awareness of practical, everyday steps people can take toward more sustainable living.
The road trip comes as ScottishPower research shows that 67 per cent of people still feel greener living is out of reach.
The Great Green Challenge is designed to address common misconceptions and offer real-life examples of low-carbon solutions in action.
Nearly one in four people in the survey said they want to make their homes greener, according to ScottishPower.
