Here are the applications submitted to the Vale of Glamorgan Council in the week commencing Monday, February 3.
Discharge of conditions
The owners of Cole Farm, on Knap Way, have made two applications to discharge conditions.
The conditions for planning reference 2024/00769/FUL relate to the removal and reconstruction of the chimney stacks and alteration to the lean-to roof structure and are condition 4 (materials sample panel) and condition 5 (materials details).
The conditions for planning reference 2024/00770/1/CD relate to regularising the reconstruction of the chimneys and remedial works to the timber roof structure and are for condition 4 (materials sample panel) and condition 5 (materials details – chimney pot).
Non-material amendment
An application for a non-material amendment has been submitted for planning permission 2020/01524/FUL at Haydock House, 1 Holton Road.
The amendment seeks to regularise the correct version of the plans by amending conditions 2 and 3.
This application comes with new documents, including the side, rear, and front elevations and a site location plan.
