Amendments
Two non-material amendment applications have been submitted for the Barry Waterfront development.
The first relates to the East Quay phase and seeks to update Condition 1 of the approved plans to reflect the as-built landscaping.
The second application involves a residential development of 58 units and a single retail unit.
It proposes a variation of Condition 1 and the removal of Conditions 8 and 9 from the original planning permission.
Both applications aim to align the approved plans with the completed works on site.
New fence
Brynhill Golf Club has submitted a proposal to install a new fence and six five-metre flagpoles at its site on Little Brynhill Lane.
The fence will feature aluminium posts and rails clad in recycled plastic, with a central section constructed from sandstone blocks.
The club has confirmed that no trees or hedges will be affected by the works and that the development will have minimal impact on green infrastructure.
A Schwegler 1B nest box will also be installed to support local birdlife.
