Body found in search for missing Barry man Sam Hunter

Sam Hunter, 33, was last seen at around 4pm on Saturday, June 6.

He was reported missing, prompting a public appeal by South Wales Police.

Officers confirmed that Mr Hunter’s body was found in Pencoedtre Woods on June 11.

A spokesperson for South Wales Police said :

“Police looking for missing man Sam Hunter found a body of a man Pencoedtre Woods, Barry, on the evening of Thursday, June 11.

Next of kin have been informed and there are no suspicious circumstances.”
