On Northumberland Street, a new disabled persons’ parking place will be established on its west side, 33.7 meters south of its junction with Brunswick Street, within an existing residents’ parking bay. This was previously advertised as Amendment No. 34.

Another new parking place will be created on Eyre Street on its southwest side, seven meters southeast of its junction with Railway Street.

Meanwhile, disabled persons’ parking places will be revoked on Newport Street near No. 18, Pen-Y-Peel Road near No. 78, Hereford Street near No. 51 and Somerset Street near No. 17. The revocation on Somerset Street was previously advertised as Amendment No. 38.

Copies of the orders and plans are available by email at roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by written request. Those who wish to question the orders’ provisions or validity may apply to the High Court within six weeks from March 19, 2026.

The council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and will communicate in the preferred language of residents.
