The Cards for Good Causes Christmas shop will open at Penarth Methodist Church on Saturday, October 31, selling a wide selection of charity Christmas cards, Advent calendars, gift wrap, and gifts.
All proceeds will go towards supporting charities and good causes.
Lisa, the local shop manager, said: “We’re delighted to be bringing Cards for Good Causes to Penarth this Christmas.
“It’s wonderful to have a place where people can come together, enjoy a little Christmas magic and choose cards and gifts for the people they care about, while supporting charities at the same time.
“As well as supporting charities, a percentage of every purchase also benefits Penarth Methodist Church, our wonderful venue.
“We’re excited to be part of the Penarth community this Christmas.
“Please pop in and say hello.”
This year, the organisation is encouraging shoppers to ‘Make Christmas Mean More’ by embracing the simple traditions of the season – whether it’s sending a heartfelt card with a personal message, opening the doors of an advent calendar, or selecting a meaningful gift for a special family member or friend.
The shop is one of more than 120 Cards for Good Causes locations opening across the UK this Christmas.
The wider Cards for Good Causes Christmas range is also available online at cardsforcharity.co.uk.
The Penarth shop will be open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm at Penarth Methodist Church, Woodland Place, CF64 2EX.
Shoppers can browse in person or explore the full range online to support good causes this Christmas season.
