\n “Initiatives like the Venture AI Innovators Challenge show exactly how we keep this momentum going \u2013 backing homegrown talent to build practical, responsible AI that boost productivity and sparks new opportunities across the region.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We\u2019re determined to make the UK the fastest AI-adopting nation in the G7, and that means making sure people everywhere have the skills and support to benefit.\n<\/p>\n
\n “By investing in early-career talent here in South East Wales, CCR is helping connect the industries of the future with the workforce of tomorrow.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Developed in partnership with Tramshed Tech, the challenge supports individuals who have taken part in CCR-funded skills programmes.\n<\/p>\n
\n Participants are asked to design AI-powered solutions to address operational problems in key sectors such as digital and data, advanced manufacturing, creative industries, and net zero initiatives.\n<\/p>\n
\n The winning entry will be fast-tracked into CCR\u2019s AI Enable Programme, with the potential for proof-of-concept ideas to become scalable solutions.\n<\/p>\n
\n The prize includes a \u00a31,000 innovation voucher for the winner\u2019s organisation to invest in software or training, \u00a31,500 worth of career development mentoring for the individual, and Amazon vouchers of \u00a3250 for the winner and \u00a3100 each for the two runners-up.\n<\/p>\n
\n Applications for the Venture AI Innovators Challenge are expected to open soon, with the competition set to launch in early spring 2026.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
