<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n  Rwcola takes its name from the Italian word for rocket, rucola, but with a Welsh-language twist.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  This blend of cultures runs through the heart of the restaurant, shaping everything from the menu to the ethos \u2014 Italian cooking with a strong Welsh influence.\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n    <strong>The founder is Wales\u2019 only AccademiaPizzaioli-certified instructor<\/strong>\n  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n  Matteo Monacelli, who holds a degree in Food Science and Nutrition, is the only certified instructor in Wales from the internationally recognised AccademiaPizzaioli, a renowned Italian pizza academy.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  His culinary experience spans Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Norway and the UK.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Pasta dishes on the menu are based on his own family recipes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  He runs the restaurant alongside Eryk and Lukasz.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  <img <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n  Each day, Rwcola prepares its pizza dough using just five ingredients: Italian Caputo flour, yeast, water, salt and extra virgin olive oil.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Caputo flour is venue forms part of Barry\u2019s popular food and leisure hub.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Customers describe it as a \u201cgreat place to take a break and enjoy some great food in a lovely environment.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Amenities include outdoor seating, free off-street parking and wheelchair accessibility.\n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n    <strong>Eat in, take away, or order for delivery<\/strong>\n  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\n  Rwcola offers dine-in, takeaway and delivery options via Uber Eats, where it holds a 4.8-star rating from more than 500 reviews.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  There\u2019s also a lunchtime deal: a small pizza, fries or croquettes, and a drink, all freshly made.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Rwcola is open from noon to 9pm, Wednesday to Saturday, and from noon to 6pm on
