Taking place at All Saints Church in Victoria Square, Penarth, on Sunday, August 23, guests can enjoy a home-baked scone, cake, and unlimited tea and coffee for £10.
There will also be jam and clotted cream.
The event, running from 3pm to 5pm, will also feature live music from Three Gins and a Tonic and a raffle.
Proceeds will go to Ministry Area funds.
