The library fair in Dinas Powys drew strong crowds and raised funds to support the ongoing work of the community library, which relies entirely on volunteers.
Organisers said visitor numbers were higher than at the previous autumn event.
A spokesperson said: “Many thanks to all the visitors, volunteers and stall holders.
“Such fund raising events are vital to help fund the community library that is run by volunteers.”
Chairs were kindly loaned by Bethesda Chapel, and organisers also thanked Dinas Powys School for its assistance.
Many stallholders have already booked spaces for the Christmas fair on November 14.
