Paul Shields, aged 57, was locked up for three years and four months at Cardiff Crown Court.
The defendant, of Laugharne Court, Barry pleaded guilty to two counts of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug.
His offending took place between October 9, 2025 and November 21, 2025.
Shields was ordered to hand over to the authorities the £215 in cash that had been seized by the police.
