Third Sector Capital Fund 2025/26
This Fund aims to provide capital resources for projects that support independent living in the community for people with care and support needs, and to provide intermediate care settings in the community so that people who need care, support and rehabilitation can return to living independently or maintain their existing independence. Glamorgan Voluntary Services are delighted to announce that applications are now open for 2025/26 Youth Led Volunteering Grant Fund.
