Hedd Wellness Studio launches £20 Payday Club scheme

Hedd Wellness Studio and Spa in Penarth has launched its new Hedd Payday Club, offering affordable access to a range of facilities and classes.

The scheme is designed to encourage self-care and strengthen community connections by making wellness more accessible.

Ed Jones, director of Hedd Wellness Studio and Spa, said: “We want Hedd to be accessible and community-led, but we also want to build a community within the community we exist in.

“Payday Club is our way of giving something back.

“It’s a chance to do something for yourself, meet like-minded people, and spend as much or as little time with us as you like.

“Our first Payday Club was a huge success and we’d love this to become a regular event for people to return to.

“Ultimately, we’d love to see all 40 spaces filled and have people from across Penarth enjoying a day of wellness together.”

The first Hedd Payday Club took place on August 28, and the second event has already started to gain momentum.

The next event will be held on Friday, September 25, from 10am to 6pm, with only 40 spaces available.

For £20, guests can make use of the studio’s yoga and Pilates classes, swimming pool and steam room, hot and cold therapy, gym, recovery lounge, and massage tasters.

Oxygen therapy is available for an additional charge.

Hedd was created with the aim of bringing accessible wellness and recovery to the local community, and the Payday Club is an extension of that ethos.

The Hedd Payday Club runs from 10am to 6pm, giving guests the flexibility to come along for a particular class or treatment, make use of the facilities throughout the day, or simply spend a few hours switching off.
