Lewis Connell, 20, of Winston Road, Barry must pay £1,044 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without insurance.        

His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Rachel Shiels, 52, of Dafydd Place, Barry must pay £204 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for using/installing a television set without a licence.

Cole Farmer-Murphy, aged 22, of Tydfil Street, Barry must pay £1,044 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without insurance. 

His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Hayley Kate Williams, 42, of Beechwood Road, Sully must pay £186.25 in a fine, costs and back duty after pleading guilty to keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence.

Jonathan Davies, 50, of Churchill Terrace, Barry must pay £942.09 in a fine, costs and back duty for keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence.

Dayana Montes, 21, of Meadowcroft, Rhoose must pay £671 in a fine and a surcharge after pleading guilty to using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without insurance and driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

Her driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

Samuel Norman Woollett, 29, of Livingstone Way, must pay £408 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for keeping a motor vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements.

Casey Williamson, aged 30, of Ffordd Y Cambria, Sully must pay £56 in a fine and a surcharge after pleading guilty to driving without due care and attention.

Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Richard Copley, 43, of Caerleon Road, Dinas Powys must pay £204 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for using/installing a television set without a licence.

Stephen Luke Gardener, of Ffordd Y Spitfire, St Athan must pay £408 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for keeping a motor vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements.

Saurav Saurav, 30, of High Street, Barry must pay £1,044 in a fine, costs and a surcharge for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required.

His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Gavin Brown, of Hayes Road, Sully was fined £220 and ordered to pay £88.34 back duty and £85 costs for keeping a vehicle without a valid vehicle licence.
