The application seeks to address Conditions 3, concerning details of windows, and 4, concerning external finishes, under planning permission 2024/01106/FUL.
The previously approved plans include the construction of a single-storey rear extension, which will replace the existing annexe at the site. The proposals also include the installation of new photovoltaic panels on the roof, the installation of a new air source heat pump, and the replacement of all external windows and doors with double or triple glazing.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council has now confirmed that the application to discharge Conditions 3 and 4 has been approved.
