Hazardous substance consent
J Gas Ltd has requested permission to increase the amount of hazardous substances stored at its site on Sully Moors Road in Sully.
The company is seeking to boost its storage of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), including propane and butane, from 100 tonnes to 199 tonnes.
It has also asked for permission to store up to 50 tonnes of additional fuels, including kerosene, gas oil, Derv, and hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO).
The application aims to support growing demand from customers.
Extension
A proposal has been submitted for the property known as Mor Awelon, located at 7 Forrest Road in Penarth.
The plans involve replacing the existing conservatory with an extension.
The first floor of the home will also be remodelled to include a hip to gable at the front and dormers to the sides.
