Live updates as busy Cardiff route blocked both ways

A busy Cardiff road is blocked in both directions.

A South Wales Police spokesperson said: “We’re at the scene of an incident which has caused traffic queues on Tyndall Street, Butetown, at the roadworks near to the roundabout at the top of Central Link.

“Please avoid the area and use alternative routes where possible. Thank you for your patience.”
