The vehicles have been moved to the hard shoulder but there is “very slow traffic” in the area between junction 33 and junction 32.
According to Inrix: “Very slow traffic due to an accident, now on the hard shoulder on M4 Westbound from J32 A470 Northern Avenue (Coryton Interchange) to J33 A4232 (Cardiff West And Services).”
