The Vale Resort, located just outside Cardiff, has been awarded Wales’ Best Resort Spa and Wales’ Best Golf Hotel at the 2025 World Travel Awards.
The four-star resort, just outside Cardiff, has now won both awards nine years in a row, having held onto both titles since 2017.
Stephen Leeke, managing director of Vale Resort, said: “We are absolutely delighted to receive these awards for the ninth consecutive year.
“This recognition is testament to the passion and commitment of our team, who work tirelessly to deliver exceptional experiences for every guest.
“With the recent spa refurbishment and continued investment across the resort, we are excited to keep raising standards and ensuring the Vale Resort remains a leading destination for relaxation and recreation in Wales.”
The World Travel Awards are voted for by industry professionals, travel buyers, agents and the public.
In 2025, the resort completed the final phase of a £100,000 refurbishment of its spa, introducing new luxury relaxation zones.
The resort also launched a new online booking system to improve the guest experience.
Golf remains a key attraction at Vale Resort. It features two 18-hole championship courses, the Wales National and the Lake Course.
The resort has also hosted high-profile PGA and European golf events.
The resort said it remains focused on further investment and innovation to continue delivering high-quality stays for guests.
