There will be a significant amount of road closures along the M4 this week with traffic delays expected. Over the next week from Monday, March 15 until Sunday, March 22, there will be 17 closures along the M4 as roadworks are carried out.
Delays are expected across the major routes as overnight closures are implemented. The Prince of Wales Bridge is included in the closures.
M4 eastbound, junction 36 onslip closure with diversions in place. The road will be closed for cyclic maintenance from Monday, March 2 until Saturday, March 21 between 8pm and 6am.
M4 eastbound, junction 36 Sarn. Roadworks will take place closing the entry slip road closed. Work will take place from Monday, March 2 until Saturday, March 21 between 8pm and 6am.
M4 eastbound, junction 40 Taibach exit slip road will be closed for roadworks to take place. Work will take place from Monday, March 2 until Saturday, March 21 between 8pm and 6am.
M4 westbound, junction 33 Capel Llanilltern to junction 34 Miskin will be closed. Resurfacing work will take place from Wednesday, March 18 until Wednesday, March 25 from 8pm until 6am.
M4 westbound junction 26 Malpas offslip closed. The road will be closed for maintenance work from Monday, March 16 until Saturday, March 21 from 8pm until 6am.
M4 eastbound junction 23 Rogiet to junction 22 Pilning/Prince of Wales Bridge will be closed. The road will be closed rom Monday, March 16 until Friday, March 20 from 9pm until 6am.
M4 eastbound junction 32 Coryton offslip will be closed overnight on Tuesday, March 17 from 8pm to 6am.
M4 westbound junction 37 Pyle to junction 39 Groes will be closed. Diversions will be in place for maintenance from Monday, March 16 until Saturday, March 21 from 8pm until 6am.
M4 eastbound junction 38 Margam to junction 37 Pyle will be closed for maintenance work. Works will take place from Monday, March 16 until Saturday, March 21 from 8pm until 6am.
M4 eastbound junction 41 Pentyla/Baglan to junction 40 Taibach will be closed. Roadworks will close the road overnight on Monday, March 16 from 8pm until 6am.
M4 eastbound junction 42 Earlswood to junction 41 Pentyla/Baglan will be closed. Roadworks will close the road from Monday, March 16 until Sunday, March 22 from 8pm to 6am.
M4 eastbound junction 43 Llandarcy. The onslip will be closed for roadworksfrom Monday, March 16 until Sunday, March 22 from 8pm to 6am.
M4 westbound junction 46 Llangyfelach to junction 47 Penllergaer will be closed for maintenance. The road will be closed overnight on Wednesday, March 18 between 8pm and 6am.
M4 eastbound junction 47 Penllergaer onslip will be closed on Tuesday, March 17 from 7.30pm until midnight.
M4 eastbound junction 48 Hendy onslip will be closed on Tuesday, March 17 from 7pm until midnight.
M4 westbound junction 34 Miskin offlip will be closed for resurfacing work. Works will take place closing the road from Wednesday, March 18 until Wednesday, March 25 from 8pm until 6am.
M4 westbound junction 33 Capel Llanilltern onslip will be closed. Resurfacing work will take place from Wednesday, March 18 until Wednesday, March 25 from 8pm until 6am.
