Drivers travelling westbound on the M4 near Port Talbot are facing delays of 18 minutes and increasing due to the crash, according to AA Traffic Planner.
It said:
Severe delays of 18 minutes and delays increasing on M4 Westbound between J38 A48 (Margam) and J40 A4107 Tanygroes Street (Port Talbot / Taibach). Average speed five mph.
