The M4 westbound in Swansea was partially blocked on Wednesday afternoon due to an obstruction in the road. There was very slow traffic as a result between junction 27 at Penllergaer and Swansea West services to junction 48 at Hendy/Llanelli.
AA traffic news stated: “Partially blocked and very slow traffic due to obstruction on the road on M4 westbound from J47 A483 (Penllergaer/Swansea West Services) to J48 A4138 Pontardulais Road (Hendy/Llanelli).”
Traffic cameras at junction 47 showed significant queues in the area as a result of the ongoing incident.
