Traffic is possible due to the road closures and drivers are advised to plan their routes accordingly and allow extra time for journeys where necessary
There are roadworks across major roads in Wales today – Saturday 23.
- M4 eastbound St Julians Viaduct has been closed since April 27 and will be closed until November 30
- A470 southbound from Nantgarw to Taff’s Well will be closed for carriageway maintenance with diversions in place until June 6 between 8pm and 6am.
- A40 in both directions in Crickhowell is closed until June 1 for carriageway maintenance. It will be closed between 7pm and 6am.
- A40 eastbound from Monmouth Dixton roundabout to Service bridge will have contraflow in place until June, 30.
- A487 will have temporary traffic lights in both directions Aberystwyth Commins Coch for improvement work between 9am and 4pm until June 23.
- A40 eastbound and westbound from Abergavenny Hardwick roundabout to Abergavenny will have STOP/GO in use until June 25.
