Leighton Humphries, 34, of Ramsay Road, Barry admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following his release from custody at the town’s probation office on March 4.
Newport Magistrates’ Court heard how he “exhibited aggressive and confrontational
behaviour towards probation, police and mental health professionals during a
supervision session”.
As a result “the session had to be terminated for staff safety reasons”.
This was “deemed unacceptable and a breach of his post-sentence supervision licence.
Humphries was locked up for nine days.
