South Wales Police said burglars broke into the premises and took boxes of fragrances, including products from Aqua di Parma and Marc Jacobs’ Daisy range.
It is believed the suspects parked a vehicle on Wentloog Avenue before entering the site.
A spokesperson for South Wales Police said: “More than £100k worth of perfume has been stolen from an industrial unit.
“Extensive enquiries have already been conducted, and officers are now making a public appeal for information.”
Officers are asking anyone with CCTV, dashcam footage or information that could help identify those responsible to come forward.

The force said extensive enquiries have already been carried out as part of the investigation.
The appeal relates to the burglary at the industrial unit in Cardiff and the theft of the perfume.
