Nadine Jade Martell-Marshall, aged 28, admitted an animal welfare offence after failing to provide the creature with food or water between March 20 and March 24 last year.
Her case at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court was adjourned to June 10 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
The defendant, of Maes Y Ffynnon, Mountain Ash, Rhondda Cynon Taf was granted unconditional bail.
Martell-Marshall is being prosecuted by the RSPCA.
