Extension
A non-material amendment has been submitted for a previously approved extension at 16 Whitcliffe Drive.
The proposal involves changing the external finish of the extension walls from a combination of render and facing brickwork to facing brickwork only.
This change has been requested by the client.
The original planning approval, granted under reference 2025/01192/FUL, includes a two-storey extension, a single-storey porch extension to the front elevation, and a single-storey side extension.
The plans also feature the installation of an air source heat pump and alterations to the existing windows and doors.
The amendment seeks to update the materials used in the construction, with all extension walls now proposed to be finished in facing brickwork.
