Penarth woman admits assaulting police officer in Cardiff

Rhiannon Roper, 35, of Windsor Road, Penarth admitted being drunk and disorderly on St Mary Street in Cardiff on March 28.

She also pleaded guilty to assault by beating of an emergency worker on March 29.

The defendant’s case was adjourned to May 20 so that a pre-sentence report could be prepared.

Roper was granted bail after appearing at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
