Hotel Conversion

A former hotel in Penarth is set to be converted into six flats, following the submission of plans to the council.

The application, lodged on the week commencing July 13, proposes the partial demolition and redevelopment of the Station Hotel at 162 Windsor Road.

The proposal includes changing the existing first and second floor accommodation into three self-contained flats.

Further documentation submitted as part of the application includes details on bin storage, parking provision, and drainage plans.

A comprehensive landscape management plan and a biodiversity enhancement strategy have also been provided in support of the scheme.

As part of the redevelopment, an implementation timeline for all planning conditions has been outlined in the submission.
