Mark White, aged 50, of Pant Y Celyn Place, St Athan admitted committing the offence between July 2023 and September 2023.
His case was adjourned to April 30 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
The defendant was remanded in custody by Judge Daniel Williams at Cardiff Crown Court.
White was represented by Andrew Taylor and the prosecution by Nigel Fryer.
