Daniel Farrel, 22, of Wren Road, was prosecuted for not “previously paying” the fare of £80.70 on a Transport for Wales service.
He pleaded guilty to the matter which took place on November 22, 2024.
At Cardiff Magistrates’ Court, he was ordered to pay £136.70 after being fined £40 and told to hand over £80.70 in compensation and a £16 surcharge.
