Garden office/workshop
A planning application for a timber office and workshop structure at the rear of a property on St Peter’s Road has been lodged.
The proposal includes a single-storey building set on a timber base, designed to be removable if necessary.
The structure will be set against the boundary wall and fence, sitting slightly taller than the structure so that passers by and neighbours will be able to see the office/workshop from the street.
It will measure 8m long, 3.5 deep, and 2.75m tall with the roof.
