Two people were taken to hospital with serious injuries after one of the vehicles burst into flames
Two people have been left with serious injured after a car and a van crashed on a major road that saw one of the vehicles burst into flames. North Wales Police is appealing for witnesses to the collision that occurred on Heritage Way, near to the A525 in Wrexham.
Emergency services, including an air ambulance attended the scene at around 4.20pm on Wednesday, July 1, involving a black Mercedes A180 and a white Ford Transit Connect.

North Wales Police are appealing for any witnesses to the crash on Wednesday afternoon.
Sergeant Emma Birrell of the roads crime unit said: “We are asking anyone who witnessed the collision, or who was travelling along Heritage Way at the time and may have dashcam footage, to contact us.”
