Rosie Brett, from Barry, is wanted in connection with an alleged harassment offence.
South Wales Police have released an image of Ms Brett and are appealing to the public for information about her whereabouts.
A spokesman for South Wales Police said: “We are appealing for information to help us locate Rosie Brett, 41, from Barry, who is wanted in connection with a harassment offence.”
Anyone who may have seen Ms Brett or knows where she might be is asked to contact South Wales Police and quote reference 2600245063.
Information can be submitted through the force’s online contact service or by calling 101.
Alternatively, details can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.
South Wales Police reminded members of the public to always call 999 in an emergency.
