A crash has blocked a busy stretch of the A4232 near Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff, this morning. Traffic monitoring service Inrix says: “A4232 Eastbound blocked, queueing traffic due to accident at A48 Cowbridge Road (Culver House Cross). Diversion – up to the roundabout and straight back on again.”
